- Serve as the primary **backup** to the Payroll function, assisting with the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry for hours, deductions, and employee changes.
- Utilize **UKG Pro** (or similar UKG platform) to perform administrative duties such as updating employee records, managing time-off balances, and ensuring data integrity.
- **Troubleshoot** common payroll or system-related issues and errors within the UKG platform, escalating complex problems to the primary Payroll Analyst or IT as needed.
- Generate and distribute standard **reports** (e.g., headcount, hours worked, turnover) from UKG for management, HR, and finance teams as requested.
- Assist in maintaining internal documentation for payroll processes and UKG system procedures.**Human Resources Administration**:- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the **new employee onboarding** process, including system setup, sending initial paperwork, and ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.
- Administer support for the **employee offboarding** process, including processing termination paperwork, coordinating final paychecks with the Payroll team, and managing system access revocation.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as benefits enrollment support, assistance with open enrollment activities, and fielding basic employee questions regarding HR policies.
- Manage highly **confidential** employee and compensation information with the utmost discretion.**General Administration**:- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties for the Payroll and HR teams, as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to ensure a smooth flow of employee data and information.**Qualifications**:- **2+ years of experience** in a payroll or human resources administrative support role.
- **Required hands-on experience with UKG Pro** (or a similar UKG platform) for data management, reporting, and basic system troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in assisting with employee **onboarding and offboarding** processes.
- Strong ability to retain and isolate **highly confidential** compensation and employee information.
- Highly **organized** and **detail-focused** with a proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Self-starter with an ability to identify and help resolve administrative issues and process gaps.
- Excellent written, verbal, and social **communication skills**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
