GROUP RESPONSIBLE- EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and motivated individual to join us and take our programs to the next level.- Join a dynamic and fun team that transforms lives every day through an exceptional international educational experience!- Our team in Buenos Aires is seeking a Group Responsible to kick off their journey with us. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our headquarters and local team in Argentina to plan and promote our summer and winter group courses abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless group travel experience, focusing on meticulous planning, effective sales strategies, and flawless course execution. You will prioritize attention to detail, working to create unforgettable experiences for our clients every step of the way.- Your main responsibilities are:
Preferable but not mandatory studying/working abroad experience, ideally exposed to an international environment.A Bachelor´s degree preferable in Tourism, Administration or LanguagePassionate about sales and customer service, likes looking at the world through a customer-focused lens.Result driven.Taking own initiativesGood understanding of the school and university environmentFull fluency in EnglishEnthusiastic, organized and a natural leader.Good and strong analytical ability
- Requirements:
Sales driver & main responsible for the preparation of the group courses.Connect to our customers through phone, face to face, online meetings.Reach weekly, monthly, annually sales targets and other predefined KPIs.Provide excellent pre-and post-sales customer service and support.Participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customer interest.Manage our customer database to increase sales.Weekend shifts are occasionally required.
