Build a career at a company that can take you anywhere—join the Accenture Adventure.As an Analyst, you will be a member of a consulting team focused on performing M&A; market research and financial due diligence assessments for a broad spectrum of industries.You will report to the Manager of Market Due Diligence and will be part of a growing global and multicultural team. Long-term, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in adjacent disciplines across the M&A; lifecycle, such as deal execution and post-merger integration.**Market due diligence includes**:- Primary and secondary research and analysis of early-stage acquisition companies across different business strategic sectors, e.g. digital, technology, consulting.
- Gather information, perform basic analysis on information gathered to provide meaningful insights, and organize findings into a compelling report.
- Assessing companies’ strategic/commercial fit, identifying financial risks and opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and data visualization techniques to enhance reporting workflow.
- Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities.**Financial due diligence** involves a deeper dive on a company’s financials, key operating metrics, and balance sheet.**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Accounting, Economics or similar**Skills & Work Experience****_ Must have_**
- 1-2 years of experience (Analyst level) required in Market or M&A; research, financial due diligence, financial analysis or similar consulting/corporate background.
- Advanced in English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team player committed to providing high quality work in a timely manner.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- For Specialist level, experience managing small teams.
- Preferred skills_
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, database management or programming languages to handle and visualize data e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python
- Working knowledge of research databases, e.g. Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Mergermarket, Factiva, Pitchbook
