To always be one step ahead.We are looking for a **Senior** **Fullstack** **Developer** to join our team working with one of our awe-inspiring US Clients who is working on a platform to connect job seekers to dramatically better-fit work opportunities with less effort. We are looking for a creative and highly collaborative engineer to join our engineering team to help guide, build, and improve the worker and/or employer experience. You'll work alongside UX designers, product managers, and other engineering team members. This isn't a task-receiving role; we want your hands, brains, and heart to make solutions and shape the platform's future. If you love building for the modern high-performing web, have a desire to work in a value-driven organization, and have an interest in a challenging and rewarding career working on an enterprise level, then this is the role for you!**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience with projects that include complex HTML, CSS & JS.
- Experience with Angular, React, or similar modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with Server Side Rendering (SSR) with Angular Universal, Next JS, or similar tools.
- Experience with web page performance optimization techniques
- Experience working on complex projects with a large-scale impact.
- Clear understanding of modular CSS development, such as BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS, and Atomic Design, and enough experience to articulate the differences between these methodologies.
- Thorough knowledge of browser compatibility issues, support, and how to create experiences that adapt across browsers and devices.
- Component-based user interface development experience, including how to construct and deconstruct components, with a focus on creating composable and reusable UI elements.
- Expertise in crafting clear, valid, accessible, semantic HTML markup.
- Practical knowledge of accessibility best practices, WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, and ARIA.
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks, the value they provide, and how to write effective tests.
- A strong handle on debugging and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in an Agile environment following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- .Net experience
- Experience with RESTful APIs is a plus.
