As a Jr Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation web applications while advancing your career with robust benefits and professional growth opportunities.
**How You Will Contribute:*** Architect, develop, and test web applications and reusable components using modern frameworks.
  • Implement and enhance corporate IT systems through software tools and coding (Python).
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, platforms, and APIs to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams in an Agile DevOps environment.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables within a high-performance team.
  • Recommend process improvements in collaboration with peers and adjacent teams.
  • Own projects from design through implementation and deployment.
**The Must Haves:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors like Less or Sass.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce production-quality code in a product-based environment.
  • Experience with AI tools like AWS Bedrock, Google ADK, or Microsoft Copilot.
**Nice to Haves:*** Familiarity with Pandas, Pydantic, Ninja, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenAPI.
  • Knowledge of data visualization technologies like D3, WebGL, or Three.js.
  • Commitment to creating reusable and testable modules and components.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and web application frameworks.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Interest in open-source evangelism and cloud development.
