As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Administrative assistant with experience in customer service and excellent management of office tools.
The role consists of providing administrative and operational support to the client solving problems in various administrative issues. Such support is required as a back office and part of proactive customer calls to resolve issues.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Indexing and loading of invoices in SAP/Oracle.
- Analysis of exceptions in the processing of invoices.
- Comply with internal control activities for the Accounts Payable process.
- Maintain effective communication with associates from other units, with customers and their suppliers to coordinate and execute functions related to the Accounts Payable area.
- Meet federal, state, and local financial requirements.
