- Execute daily outbound email campaigns to physician offices and healthcare accounts using established templates and sequences
- Research and identify new prescribers within existing healthcare systems and accounts
- Initiate outreach to potential B2B partners, including medical equipment distributors
- Personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates
- Gradually transition into phone-based outreach as proficiency increases
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across assigned accounts to ensure ongoing engagement
- Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts through proactive outreach
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts by targeting additional providers
- Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders with qualified prospects
- Escalate complex account issues or blockers to internal stakeholders
- Log all outreach activities, responses, and account updates accurately in CRM systems
- Maintain clean and up-to-date account records, including contacts and notes
- Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies
- Complete onboarding and training on outreach tools and CRM systems
- Develop product knowledge to improve communication effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members and seek guidance when needed
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or outbound sales (preferably in healthcare or medtech)
- Proven experience executing high-volume outreach (100+ emails per day)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with cold calling and following structured outreach scripts
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining data hygiene
- Ability to conduct account-based outreach and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Highly accountable with strong ownership and no tolerance for idle time
- Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks
- Strong research skills for sourcing healthcare contacts and account data
- Experience working with US healthcare providers, clinics, or hospital systems
- Familiarity with medical device or healthcare sales environments
- Experience with LinkedIn-based prospecting and engagement tracking
- Exposure to multi-channel outreach including fax coordination
