-- **Monitor and manage all sales opportunities** within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates.
- **Support and train the sales team** to drive opportunities toward successful closure.
- **Communicate market trends** and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
- **Develop and execute strategic account growth plans** aligned with TE Energy’s product roadmap and business strategy.
- **Introduce new products** to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption.
- **Deliver technical and commercial presentations** to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Provide regular updates to senior management** on market conditions and account performance.
- **Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay** (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives.

- **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in a similar sales development role.
- Advanced proficiency in **English** (spoken and written).
- Strong command of **Microsoft Excel**, **Word**, **PowerPoint**, and **Salesforce (SFDC)**.
- Experience with **Power BI** is a plus.
- **Technical & Market Knowledge**
- Deep understanding of the **electrical products market**, especially within the **utilities sector**.
- Ability to identify and communicate **market trends**, including technological shifts and customer acquisition processes.
- Proven experience in **technical product presentations** and **strategic account development**.
- **Sales & Business Development Skills**
- Skilled in **sales tactics**, **negotiation**, and **closing deals**.
- Ability to **introduce new products** to the market and drive **profitable revenue growth**.
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines through **Salesforce**.
- Comfortable working under **target-driven environments**.
