- Participate in the definition of operating models by sub product in close interaction with the global and regional Securities Services organizations
- Manage multi-segment and/or high priority projects within the team for all business lines and jointly determine scope, objectives and milestones for all prioritized projects and initiatives, including documentation (i.e. BRD’s).
- Liaise with product partners, infrastructures (Central Securities Depository, Central Counterparty, Central Bank) and regulators (CNV, Central Bank) in order to ensure products and projects are implemented as planned.
- Manage appropriate utilization of system capabilities to further enhance / sophisticate current product offering for all business lines.
- Develop, implement and monitor business MIS for strategic planning, profitability analysis and decision making processes. Proactively manage costs (internal/external).
- Develop, implement and monitor service indicators (internal/external), including management of Industry surveys & ratings.
- Develop a rolling multi-year financial plan for all sub-products.
- Business Liaison with Infrastructures; Liaison with O&T; (Operations & Technology) partners.
- Articulate and participate in the definition, scope and implementation of the Strategy for all Products and client segments.
- P&L; management by product. Monitor Revenue, Expense, Net Income, Capital allocation.Management Communications
- Transparency and clarity in communication with management, peers and subordinates.
- Escalation of relevant topics.
- Provide input for Product Business Reviews (MBRs, MIS, others).
- Monitor and follow up on key issues identified by Clients, country and product partners.
- Prepare business cases and management presentations to ensure buy-in for key projects and initiatives.Risk and Control
- Prepare, submit modifications and update Product Approval Process documents, as required. Product Compliance with regulatory aspects (i.e. Tax, Legal).
- Ensure all new products follow the standard approval process, prior to product/services implementation.
- Develop, implement, and update Product ICSA’s, SLA´s and Procedures, as required.
- Support the implementation of Key controls functions specific to the Securities Services business product lines.
- Actively participate on Business Monitoring and Audit exercises as required.**Qualifications/Experience/Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 6-10 years of experience in Securities Services products
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the industry, banking, and capital markets products, related laws & regulations
- Results-driven person with very strong communication skills
- Proven track record on delivering results, recognized for his/her execution skills
- Demonstrated internal and external negotiation skills
- Problem analysis/solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong P&L; management experience
