ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Intermediate Consultant to strengthen our AMS delivery team. You will take ownership of complex L2 incidents, lead functional configuration activities, and act as the primary point of contact for business users on day‑to‑day OTC process questions. Your expertise in SAP SD will be critical in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of OTC functional activities within a integral SAP landscape. You will work independently on medium‑to‑high complexity tasks including pricing configuration, credit management, returns processing, and inter‑module integration. You will also play a key role in coaching junior team members and contributing to knowledge management.Handle complex order types including third‑party orders, consignment, and scheduling agreements.
Configure and troubleshoot pricing procedures, condition types, and access sequences (V/08, VK12).
Manage credit limit configuration and resolve credit exposure blocks in coordination with the Finance team (FD32, OVA8).
Oversee returns and complaint processing: return orders, credit memo requests, and movement type configuration.
Perform L2 incident resolution with root‑cause analysis; write functional specifications for ABAP development requests.
