- Build, ship, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences.
- Work effectively in monorepos to share code, optimize builds, and streamline releases.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization (SSR/SSG, caching, code-splitting).
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of front-end standards.
- Participate in the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with front-end trends to continuously improve team practices.
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes).
- Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Context, Redux, Zustand) and routing.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and modern CSS (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled solutions).
- Comfortable integrating with REST (and/or GraphQL) APIs and handling async data flows.
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs, reviews).
- Practical experience working in monorepos (tooling, package boundaries, shared libraries).
- 4+ years of provable front-end development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- 4+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on React and Next.js.
- Demonstrated experience working in team environments and contributing to shared codebases.
- Monorepos knowledge and best practices.
- Strong grasp of web performance techniques (LCP/CLS optimization, image strategy, caching).
- Proficiency in responsive UI/UX implementation and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and code review practices.
- Understanding of testing (unit/integration/end-to-end) using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright/Cypress.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and ticketing tools (Jira/Trello).
- Experience with Material UI (MUI) and/or Redux.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Openshift).
- Basic knowledge of Node.js for build tooling and API route work.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
