This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience Management: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
- Property Operations and Maintenance: Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage property budgets
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Optimize property performance and revenue
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Implement and maintain risk management strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirementsQualifications- 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
- Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
- Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus)
- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirableThe Ideal Candidate- Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Thrives in a remote work environment
- Has experience managing properties in the United States (bonus)
- Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality rolesWork Environment- Full-time remote position
- Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule
- Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)Compensation- $20,000 annually (contractor position)
