We combine medical excellence, advanced technology, and a strong innovation mindset to improve patient care and operational efficiency.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to help us transform internal processes across the organization using artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and systems integration.\nThis is a hands-on role focused on identifying repetitive or inefficient workflows and building practical solutions that create real business impact. The person in this role will work closely with teams such as Finance, Accounting, Administration, Operations, HR, and Technology to automate tasks, reduce manual work, improve reporting, and deploy AI-powered tools across the company.\nThis is not a purely research-based AI role. We are looking for someone who can turn ideas into working solutions quickly and reliably.\nWhat you’ll do\n- Identify high-impact opportunities to automate internal processes
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and internal tools
- Automate tasks across finance, accounting, reporting, documentation, and operations
- Integrate tools and systems using APIs, databases, automation platforms, and AI models
- Prototype and deploy practical use cases using LLMs, OCR, document processing, and business logic
- Improve the quality, speed, and traceability of internal processes
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize use cases with measurable ROI
- Help define best practices for secure, scalable, and reliable AI adoption inside the company\nWhat we’re looking for\n
- Strong experience in Python and practical software development
- Experience building automations, internal tools, or workflow systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / generative AI APIs and prompt design
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, databases, and automation platforms
- Good product and business judgment: ability to understand a process and redesign it better
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to move fast, prototype, test, and iterate
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nNice to have\n
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar
- Experience with OCR, document intelligence, RAG, agents, or knowledge retrieval systems
- Familiarity with ERP, finance, accounting, or administrative workflows
