Graphic & Rendering Specialist Key Responsibilities:\nGraphics, Visualization & Rendering\nDevelop high-quality 2D and 3D graphics, illustrations, and photorealistic renderings of products, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.\nCreate detailed product visualizations for marketing materials, sales tools, customer proposals, and trade shows.\nProduce renderings of custom or configurable products based on engineering specifications and customer requirements.\nSupport animation and motion graphics for product demonstrations, process explanations, or training content.\nEngineering & Manufacturing Collaboration:\nWork closely with engineering teams to interpret CAD models, drawings, and specifications.\nConvert engineering data into visually accurate and compelling representations while maintaining technical integrity.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure visuals reflect real-world processes, finishes, materials, and assembly methods.\nSupport multiple facilities by standardizing visual styles while accommodating facility-specific products and processes.\nMarketing, Sales & Communication Support:\nPartner with marketing and sales teams to develop visuals for brochures, websites, presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.\nAssist sales teams with customer-specific renderings, layouts, and product configurations.\nMaintain and update visual assets as products evolve or new product lines are introduced.\nEnsure all visual content aligns with company branding and style guidelines.\nAsset Management & Standards:\nOrganize and maintain a centralized library of graphics, renderings, templates, and source files.\nDevelop and enforce visual standards, naming conventions, and file management practices.\nContinuously improve rendering workflows, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and quality.\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visualization, Engineering Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n3–5 years of experience in graphics, 3D rendering, or visualization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nProficiency with industry-standard tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)\n3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks Visualize, Blender, KeyShot, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D)\nStrong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and manufacturing finishes.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and CAD models.\nExperience working with multiple product lines or multi-site manufacturing organizations.\nFamiliarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).\nExperience with animation, AR/VR, or interactive 3D content.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, molding, or assembly.\nBasic understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.\nWork Environment + Language Requirements\nGeneral remote position\nRequires at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S.\nCentral\nTime each day\nMinimal or no travel\nFluency in the English language; written and verbal proficiency (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale)\nReports to a U.S.-based Marketing Leadership
