This role is designed to develop future team leads who can contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making.WHAT YOU'LL DO:AI Application and Workflow OptimizationAnalyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; execute proof-of-concept when applicableAssist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.Cross-Departmental RotationRotate through CEO office, corporate operations , business, operations, marketing, or HR teams to solve real problems using AI solutionsSupport documentation of improved processes and create internal guides for AI usageData Gathering and Insight ReportingSummarize use cases and results in internal reportsAutomate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations)Continuous Learning and Knowledge SharingStay up-to-date with emerging AI toolsOrganize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applicationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (STEM, business, or social science background preferred)At least one of the following:- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Notion AI,n8n, or cursor.Experience using automation tools like n8nBasic Python or SQL is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsProblem-solving and structured thinkingCuriosity and willingness to self-learn new technologiesHas this role caught your Interest?
