Renewals Specialist\nPosition Overview\nSOVOS is seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our newly created Renewals organization. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role.\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelop Internal and External Relationships:\n\n
- Cultivate relationships with key stake holders within our Customers
\n
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
\n\nImplement Renewals Best Practices:\n\n
- Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal
\n\nDrive Renewal Upsell Opportunities:\n\n
- Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories
\n\nManage Negotiations and Account Issues:\n\n
- Lead negotiations with customers to ensure successful renewals
\n
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve any account issues impacting renewal
\n\nProvide Operational Excellence:\n\n
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the renewal process
\n
- Maintain tactical awareness and address any challenges promptly
\n\nForecasting and Delivery:\n\n
- Maintain predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets
\n
- Strive to exceed expectations in all aspects of renewal management
\n\nProficiency in Learning and Adaptation:\n\n
- Demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
\n
- Navigate through change effectively and quickly ramp up on new product offerings
\n\nOrganizational Alignment\nReports to Manager/Director, Renewals\nQualifications\n\n
- 1-3 years of experience in renewals management or account management within the software industry, with a focus on SaaS solutions and services
\n
- Advanced English (mandatory)
\n
- Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal quotas
\n
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex customer conversations
\n
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships while advocating for customer needs
\n
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders within tight timelines and resource constraints
\n
- Effective problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving issues promptly
\n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
\n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
\n
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire
