For a major industrial plant located in Banda del Rio de Sali, Tucuman, we are seeking a Plant Manager.Managing all activities related to plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality/Laboratory, Processes, and Logistics).
Periodically evaluating production process management, optimizing costs, proposing projects, and defining production process standards.
Planning and scheduling production, considering stock, raw materials, supplies, labor, shifts, etc.
Managing laboratory activities.
Directing the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and instruments.
Controlling warehouse stock and product quality by conducting and analyzing scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
Coordinating the dispatch of daily, weekly, and monthly orders.
Developing and implementing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies, in accordance with the company's internal requirements and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Ensure compliance with the standards and indicators (KPIs) of productivity, quality, maintenance and cost.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards and the use of personal protective equipment.Position Type
