- Helping manage our online community on Facebook and posting on social media.
- Assisting with related tasks, like helping our marketing team optimize our website so that customer needs and questions are solved through our site.
- Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research.**Requirements**:- Excellent spoken and written English. You MUST be fluent in spoken English!
- Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
- A background in sales or customer service.
