Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into integral manufacturing capacity.\nXometry is looking for a\n- *Senior Product Designer**\nto join our Product Design team and support one of our core Product Areas. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Product Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to design intuitive, scalable product experiences that help manufacturers and buyers succeed on the Xometry platform.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on strong execution, collaboration, and the delivery of high-quality design work within new and established product direction.\n- *What You’ll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for features and enhancements within your Product Area
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research throughout discovery, design, and delivery
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Lead and partners
- Ensure designs align with Xometry’s design system, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Support engineering handoff by providing clear specifications and design documentation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and changing priorities
- *What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in agile product teams
- Solid skills in Figma and modern design systems and workflows
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback
- Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints

- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines with guidance from a Design Lead

- Experience with complex workflows, marketplaces, or B2B products
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
