- As a Logistics Analyst for the Manufacturing team located in Buenos Aires, you will oversee logistics operations including the receiving, warehousing and shipping of products that will secure the digital lives of millions of people.**Main responsibilities**
- You will identify improvement opportunities in the primary functions of receiving, storage, picking, issuing and shipping.
- You will manage documentation procedures for logistics operations based on ERP information systems.
- You will coordinate with the Customs Brokers, Customer Service, Planning and Production teams for the timely delivery of products to end customers.
- You will identify and initiate action to resolve issues and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process and quality systems.
- You will learn about Secure Logistics procedures for Valuable and Vulnerable cargo
- You will initiate, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels.
- You will ensure that operational practices are in compliance with the company requirements.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:- Microsoft Office and a special orientation to watch for details and review documents.
- Must be fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.
- We would like someone to join our team who is a team player with a dynamic personality, a strong interpersonal communicator, independent and able to work under pressure.
- You must have a degree in a logistics related field or in course to have it.
