- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across multiple industries (Tech, Marketing, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track and report on pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related client‑facing role.
- Industry exposure: Experience working with clients across various industries (Tech, Marketing, Professional Services, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Experience in B2B environments with complex sales cycles.
- Existing network of contacts in Tech, Marketing, or related sectors.
- Background in working with or within staffing, consulting, or agency environments.
