Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
Review travel itineraries with clients and assist in confirming trip details
Provide accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices
Conduct pre-departure check-ins to ensure clients are fully prepared for their trips
Respond to inquiries efficiently and elevate complex issues when appropriate
Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable navigating digital tools and remote work platforms
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
