- Rewards and BenefitsThe Project Coordinator will support the project by monitoring and coordinating all operational aspects of small client projects, and will support Project Managers in
executing mid-size client projects.Project Coordinators serve as a key resource for keeping project execution on track internally through project planning and monitoring.As primary contacts for fielding client requests, they are also critical to the ability of Korn Ferry to provide excellent customer service.Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans by monitoring project progression.
- Coordinate project deliverables as included in project scope.
- Review and monitor project financials; track project expenses; trigger timely invoice requests
- Compile budget and status reports as needed.
- Act as primary point of contact for owned projects to client team for project related activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for direct communication with the participants, client, faculty,
- Delivery systems: enter and monitor key delivery information in proprietary delivery platforms
- Back office systems: includes entering project details into SAP and a variety of proprietary
- Coordinate materials production for client-focused meetings.
- Work and monitor key delivery information in delivery and back office.
- Support Project Managers on larger engagements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in project or account management with an understanding of business and effective management practices.
- Aptitude for financial and mathematical concepts
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn
- Experience with project management tools and/or SAP is a plus.
- Ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills and is detailed oriented.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior level executives.
- Comfort in working with people from diverse backgrounds (e.g., race, gender, orientation, cultural, etc.).
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or on a related field is highly preferred.
