Be Bayer.Main PurposeDrive Operational Excellence in our plant, becoming a key pillar in the implementation of the Management System (PSS/WCM).As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead improvement projects across different areas, applying PSS/WCM methodologies that strengthen the stability of our operations, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of productivity and continuous improvement.Your mission will be to

Ensure the effective implementation of tools across each phase of the PSS (WCM) Management System, guaranteeing optimal process performance.
Identify process gaps and ensure that capabilities are aligned with the requirements of each PSS phase, fostering continuous improvement.
Execute Operational Excellence projects using recognized methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and TPM, contributing to innovation, productivity, and efficiency.
Lead OE projects with a strong focus on loss elimination, driving tangible and sustainable results.
Provide coaching and support to colleagues in Operational Excellence activities and projects, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Deliver training sessions to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops and communication activities, as well as visualize results, to keep everyone aligned and motivated toward common objectives.
Establishes and reaches KPI's and metrics for different critical points in crop development.

Unlock your potential

University degree in engineering and/or science
Experience from 3-5 years
Profound knowledge of Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) and project management
Expertise in communication, training and coordination
Result and customer-focused, Business-driven and leadership skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Able to steer a multidisciplinary team, able to deliver results
