Somos parte de un equipo global centrado en los avances científicos en las áreas de salud reproductiva y de la mujer, gastroenterología y urología.Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo/a para Producción.Tu día en IMSA • Cargar datos en el sistema administrativo contable • Realizar conteo físico en forma mensual • Solicitud de códigos de artículos • Realizar la solicitud de materiales de acuerdo con el plan semanal • Realizar requisiciones de compra (circuito completo RLA Y RLP) • Recepción de materiales • Archivo de documentación del sector • Colaborar con la escritura de los procedimientos del sector • Elaboración de reportes • Armado de listados de stock para el plan semanal • Alta de exportaciones • Carga en Veriquim para informe SEDRONARRequisitos: • Experiencia en alto volumen de carga de datos críticos • Muy buen manejo de Excel • Manejo de algún sistema operativo (SAP, BEJERMAN, ORACLE, FRACTTAL, ó similar).
