Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores implants and instrumental; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping surgeries and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Always focused on delivering customer excellence.**1. Warehousing activities**
- Material reception
- Material labelling
- Material appropriate storage**2. Coordination of Surgeries**
- Coordinate with the sales agents representatives the programming of each of the requested surgeries, understanding their needs, distributing the resources and ensuring compliance with the expected levels of service.
- Analysis of availability of resources/material to cover surgeries.
- Responsible for the coordination with the warehouse to send implants and instrumental to the surgeries.
- Coordinate and manage reverse logistics.**3. Order Entry & Management**
- Manage the execution to enter sales orders and validate surgery programming.
- Traceability management and control. Manage special systems.
- Prepare and control invoicing packages.
- Surgery back log management. Input to Demand Planning to optimize inventory levels.
- Inventory control and audits.**4. Management of Surgical Assistants**
- Help to control internal and external services of surgical assistants in order to fulfill all scheduled surgeries in an appropriate way.
- Ensure that scheduled surgeries are properly attended.**5. Management indicators**
- Control of suspended surgeries and the reasons for them. (KPI)
- Reports “incompletes surgeries´s sets”(KPI)**6. Compliance**
- All business and related matters must be carried out in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Conduct and the highest ethical standards.**What you will need**:- Bachelor degree in Surgical technician or relevant experience in Warehouse
- Intermediate English is desired for this position
- Previous medical device experience is desiredLI-LatAM
