- Develop production plans for aerosol lines, maximizing efficiency while balancing service levels and inventory.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand priorities, market requirements, and demand fluctuations.
- Monitor inventory levels and design coverage strategies to minimize working capital while ensuring service.
- Provide visibility of long-term supply situations in local and regional S&OP forums, and highlight short-term gaps in cross-functional meetings.
- Build strong relationships with Manufacturing, suppliers, and the materials team with an end-to-end perspective.
- Anticipate potential obsolescence risks due to product discontinuations or demand fluctuations, ensuring proactive planning.
- Support new product launches and technical trials by coordinating with manufacturing and product teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade.
- +2 years of proven experience in production planning, ideally in large-scale industrial environments. Hands-on exposure to managing technical constraints, capacity adjustments, and balancing multiple production lines is essential.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, with a strong focus on Supply Planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly perform calculations on demand and supply variations, and sensitivity to identify risks of obsolescence.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written), with confidence in technical discussions and international interactions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP ECC and Kinaxis.
- Experience managing transitions, complex negotiations, or project implementations.
- Ability to build trust and credibility across teams without direct reports.
- Assertive communication style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, SAP ECC, and Kinaxis.
- Strong integration with manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure material availability, inventory balance, and support for new product launches.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate risks, and provide proactive solutions.
