The Mission
We’re looking for a highly capable Google Ads Account Manager to take A‑to‑Z ownership of a portfolio of e‑commerce clients.
At Vulcan, you are not just a media buyer pulling levers in the background. You are the strategic lead for your accounts. You will handle everything from the initial onboarding call to market research, technical setup, campaign building, and ongoing client communication.
The feed IS the campaign, and you will treat Merchant Center and Google Ads as one integrated system.
What You Will DoEnd‑to‑End Client Ownership: Run onboarding calls, build campaigns, launch, optimise, and deliver monthly reporting. You are the single point of contact for your clients — no hand‑offs.
Profitability‑First Performance: Deliver measurable improvements to client profitability (MER, blended ROAS, contribution margin) — not vanity metrics like CPC or impression share.
Feed‑First Optimisation: Ensure every account under your management has a clean, optimised product feed with proper custom labelling and Merchant Center hygiene as the foundation for campaign performance.
Manage at Scale: Successfully manage a growing portfolio of e‑commerce accounts, each spending $5k–$100k+/mo
