We are partners with one of the leading real estate services companies.Our project is about modernizing MLS infrastructure, which is currently On-Prem, by transitioning to Amazon Web Services aimed at scaling opportunities. We're forming a team for our partner and looking for a Data Developer.**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:- Strong experience working with SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning;
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and replication;
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools for data integration;
- Must be competent to work independently in database management activities;
- Experience with data mining techniques and procedures, knowing when their use is appropriate;
- Experienced in best practices for design, development, modeling, and implementation of data warehouses and relational databases;
- Upper-Intermediate English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Will be a plus**:- Familiarity with Redshift;
- Experience with Agile \ SAFe development practices;
- Experience in working with VSTS \ ADO.**Responsibilities**:- Development and analysis of database objects;
- Data modeling, database optimization, supporting data migration process;
- Understanding and implementation of schemas, interpreting and writing complex code;
- Optimization of queries and stored procedures in high-load multi-user environment;
