We are looking a Business Analyst to join our "ZY" team. A Senior Business Analyst, a vital link between our software engineering team and our business objectives, you will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.**Responsibilities**:- Leading and facilitating the business requirements gathering process from end-to-end across the organization using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods needed to deliver outstanding business requirements/Identify business requirements.
- Validating the requirements with the different stakeholders of the project.
- Documenting the business requirements and user stories on Jira.
- Preparing and managing the product roadmap.
- Performing competitor analysis.
- Staying fully involved in the client’s business/industry.
- Continuously proposing new ideas/features in line with the client’s business backed with research/data insights.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or any other related field, from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
- Previous experience using Jira is required.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Proven experience in extracting requirements and testing.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
