If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process._**The Role**We're looking to hire a Production Designer with strong composition and layout skills for print and digital, strict attention to detail, as well as exceptional organizational, project, and file management are a must. Experienced in turning jobs around in a timely fashion. This position has the chance to work with major global clients on large marketing and advertising campaigns.**Responsibilities**- Communicate between departments verbally and in writing.
- Check design concepts against all backup information to ensure all correct information is contained and accounted for.
- Knowledge of various publication and portal requirements.
- Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for material shipment.
- Ensure that deadlines for submitting various assets to Creative Operations team are met.
- Collaborating closely with Studio Manager and other Production Designers. Must be team oriented and comfortable working closely with others.
- Able to communicate with offshore teams including Client Leads, Art Directors, Project Managers and more.
- Work in InDesign and Photoshop to create and adapt layouts and layer comps.
- Image retouching, clipping paths, and art manipulation.
- Maintain meticulous quality standards.**Requirements**:- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
- Knowledge or understanding of FIgma and Workfront preferred
- Bachelor's degree in design - work experience may suffice in the absence of a degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience with regional project brand guideline alignment.
