We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Automation Tester in Java to join our team. You will play a key role in automating testing for functionality developed in Salesforce and ensuring the seamless migration of our Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to ensure comprehensive test coverage, with a specialized focus on API and UI testing using Groovy + Spock and Tosca frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the automation of functional testing for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to facilitate migration, streamline processes, and enhance system supportabilityDesign, develop, and maintain advanced API testing suites using Groovy and Spock, mentoring team members on best practices and advanced techniques in the frameworkOversee and execute comprehensive UI testing using Tosca, ensuring the platform delivers a seamless and user-friendly experienceArchitect robust test automation strategies, scenarios, and regression suites, aligning with business requirements and quality standardsIntegrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker, while optimizing build and deployment processesDrive integration testing of middleware components using Mulesoft and ensure end-to-end functionality across systemsOversee analytics and reporting accuracy within testing deliverables, leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniquesActively contribute to Agile development processes by leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and facilitating testing-related initiativesEnsure manual Postman test collections are created and maintained as part of the automation ecosystem, supporting comprehensive coverageCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on requirements, set clear testing priorities, and deliver high-quality featuresServe as a key communicator of testing status, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMentor junior team members, instilling a culture of proactive quality assurance and shared ownership of deliverablesRequirements3+ years of relevant experience in automation testing with Java and strong technical expertise in test automation tools and frameworksProven hands-on experience leading API Test Strategy creation and automation using Groovy/SpockExtensive understanding of Salesforce functionality and Access Management workflows, with a track record of testing complex systemsProficiency in automation tools like Selenide and Tosca, with deep knowledge of QA processes, deliverables, and industry standardsSubstantial experience in integration testing using Mulesoft, coupled with advanced capabilities in validating analytics and report accuracyExpertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and pipeline integrations, with at least 4 years of hands-on experienceComprehensive understanding of Agile development methodologies, with a proven ability to lead quality-related efforts in dynamic teamsStrong experience managing and optimizing Postman test collections, integrating them as part of a broader testing strategyProven ability to solve challenging problems analytically while adapting to tight deadlines and high-pressure projectsEnglish level B2 or higher for clear and effective communication of complex informationNice to haveProficiency in task management and tracking tools such as Rally and Jira, with hands-on experience managing large-scale testing initiativesDeep familiarity with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud migration processes, including knowledge of industry-specific methodologies and techniquesRecognized subject matter expertise in test automation frameworks, methodologies, and emerging best practicesWe offer/Benefits
