Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy and innovation.**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:- 15+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Revenue Growth Management, Retail Execution and Shopper Engagement fields, operating within an innovative and highly agile customer environment
- Solid experience working in CPG industry
- Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organization
- Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies.
