Provide a clear, consensus-driven blueprint for the holistic set of enterprise capabilities required to create, deliver, and maintain technology-enabled products/services to meet business strategy and customer experience expectations.\nBring industry-specific context to determine how technology is harnessed and measured to create digital customer experiences that differentiate from competitors and design the products and services that will deliver those experiences.\nType of work (examples, not exhaustive)\n- Enterprise Operating Model design for Tech.
