Direct and support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM policy and methodology.Program Management
- Monitors and drives the compliance requirement towards all required reviews, audits, assessments and tests related to the business continuity plan and supports in Accenture BCM methodology as needed
- Lead BCM incident management activities within the crisis management processes and monitor and track implementation of lesson learned related to BCM
- Leads coordination of Accenture's internal teams so that the team develop the business continuity plan for delivery
- Support the development of customized business continuity services to meet business requirements
- Creation of new solutions and re-use/modification of existing solutions in support of Business Continuity Plans and services
- Drives the project managers to ensure that all business continuity plans support contractual requirements
- Lead and drive the communication and training programs for the business to provide effective management of the business continuity programStakeholder Management
- Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business continuity program
- Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business continuity plans in
- Drive support of delivery teams to provide business continuity expertise to internal, external stakeholders and clients
- Provide leadership and guidance for the sales response, and if required implementation, of non-standard requirements as appropriatePeople Management
