As we continue to expand our integral presence, we are seeking a talented and driven International Marketing Executive (LATAM) to support our distributors across the Latin American region and ensure consistency between Head Office strategy and in‑market execution.\nRole Overview Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the International Marketing Executive (IME) plays a crucial role in managing and aligning marketing activity across LATAM distributors. You will be the key marketing contact for all distributors in your region, ensuring brand consistency, supporting local marketing plans, managing translation workflows, overseeing toolkit usage, maintaining M‑Zone content and monitoring the AMSA process. This is a highly mobile role requiring approximately 75% travel , with three weeks each month spent visiting distributors.\nYou will also support the Events Manager in organising exhibitions and conferences and attend international events when required. What You’ll Be Doing Marketing Support Act as the main point of contact for distributor marketing queries. Ensure all distributor marketing materials comply with corporate Brand Guidelines.\nSupport distributors in developing and implementing their Annual Marketing Plans. Deliver all activities required within the Divisional Marketing Plan, as directed by the Head of Marketing. Manage literature translations, toolkit adoption and M‑Zone updates.\nInternational Meetings\nPrepare meeting materials and produce meeting notes when required. Attend divisional IME meetings. Support the planning and delivery of the annual World Distributor Meeting when hosted in your region. Events & Conferences Assist the Head of Marketing and Events Manager with planning and executing exhibitions and conferences.\nEnsure event procedures are followed for booking, planning, set‑up, accommodation and follow‑up. Attend international veterinary shows to support distributors or explore new market opportunities. Collate data and prepare event reports.\nMarketing Administration\nMaintain up‑to‑date copies of all LATAM distributors' Annual Business Plans. Prepare forms and collate data for international distributor events. File visit reports within each country’s Business Plan. Update the M‑Zone with approved country‑specific literature. Carry out all administrative tasks required by the role or the wider marketing team.\nOther Duties\nWork additional hours where necessary to meet business demands. Attend training and internal meetings as required. Travel regularly to VetPlus and distributor sites. Carry out any additional responsibilities relevant to the role as requested by the Head of Marketing.\nAbout You\nKnowledge & Understanding Strong understanding of the VetPlus product range. Good grasp of the international veterinary market. Familiarity with distributor contracts and Tangerine Group policies/procedures.\nExperience Proven administrative experience in a customer‑driven environment. Ability to manage a varied workload and respond to requests efficiently.\nExperience supporting or collaborating with international partners is advantageous.\nSkills Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Portuguese language is desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident telephone manner and strong written communication.\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities. Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills. Good IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).\nA full driving licence is required.
