Global Training Team operates and delivers learning and development services to Accenture’s global workforce.The Learning and Development Senior Analyst will be responsible mostly for the training delivery administration, logistics management, and training coordination for clients based in the AMR region. Also, in the ideation, and management of multiple learning programs and initiatives across the globe or in the region.**Key Responsibilities**:- Training Advisor responsibilities,
- Assist in training delivery,
- Coordination with training providers and customers for any learning requirements across the Americas region (several countries),
- Various training and training cycle-derived tasks (tools maintenance, administration, reporting, etc.),
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers,
- Learning & Development projects/program driving and implementation,
- Learning Content creation and curation,
- Specific communications creation and delivery.**Qualifications**:
Education: Graduation in any stream (or in progress)Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years. Preferred virtual team experience, exposure to AMR markets and countries, language command, preferred technical training coordination experience, or any training experience as an administrator, training analyst/coordinator/advisor, data and reporting analyst, HR development, or communication background.**Knowledge and **Skill Require**ments**:- Willingness to develop a career in the training/ L&D;
- Experience in working in virtual and global teams.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Exposure to a managed service model in the training process including all aspects like managing the process, implementation, and customer interface in the IT technology environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically MS Excel and reporting tools (use of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Exposure to quality standards (like ISO20K, ISO27001), ITIL framework, and Agile Project Management
- Nice to have training development and/ or delivery skills, Collaboration and social media tools, Instructional design tools and audiovisual tools management.
