- The salary range is between US $2000 to US $2500 per month, all in**Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities**:- The **Senior Consultant** is responsible for aiding the operations team in idea generation, requirement gathering, and client relationship maintenance.
- Idea generation can include, but is not limited to, finding creative solutions for client issues, problem-solving bottlenecks, system implementation, and the effective installment of positive cultures.
- Requirements gathering involves receiving pertinent data from stakeholders to make effective decisions and observing current processes to identify possible improvements.
- The highest standard is paramount when maintaining client relationships.
- This includes participating in client meetings, following up on deliverables, and maintaining rapport.**Qualifications**:- business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in general business.
- 5+ years of management consulting experience**Skills**:- Intermediate or advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects and tasks,**Knowledge/Abilities**:- Proven experience with ERP architecture and implementation

- and long-term strategy ideation. Express knowledge of systems to aid in digital transformation projects. (80%)
- Train employees and contractors on systems and processes. Manage and support the associate consultant team. Onboard and train new-hire associate consultants. Facilitate growth through project management and consistent follow-up.(10%)
- Maintain a high standard of culture and champion the companies' mission, vision, and values. Develop subordinates' and peers' skills to ensure high-functioning autonomy. Provide honest and constructive feedback to subordinates, peers, and managers alike. Lead teams to deliver transformational change for clients. (10%)
