ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer service by gathering and preparing a range of documents required by state government offices in the contiguous 48 statesPrepare documentation needed to initiate new transfer of ownership on vehicle titles and ensure lien information is properly notedResearch and follow-up on title transactions with the state DMV officesConcisely communicate with customers regarding status updates on title transactions and other related businessTroubleshoot and promptly resolve issues with customers and state agenciesDemonstrate teamwork and versatility by assisting co-workers with special projectsAccurately assist with the management of lien perfected paper titlesQualifications2+ years experience working in a fast-paced, professional business environmentTrucking industry knowledge, regulatory compliance for licensing, permitting and titling, is a major plusDetail oriented, deadline-driven, with strong time management, problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh degree of accuracy, prioritization skills and accountabilityAccurate typing and data entry skills, proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office, including ExcelHigh school diploma, GED or equivalentCompensation and CultureWhat Drives Us to Work Every Day:We pride ourselves on making a difference, for our employees, clients, and their businesses.We accept team members for who they are and what they bring to the table.We are proud to build all our relationships based on transparency and trust.We are a team of energetic and curious individuals passionate aboutthe work we do every day!
