- Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing files.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees or other stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, attendee coordination, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and expense reports.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
- Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to perform tasks.**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of proven experience as a remote executive assistant or in other secretarial positions.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office, as well as software tools like CRMs and project management platforms.
- Advanced Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality for both business and personal affairs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
