- Has a strong Programmatic delivery track record with 1+ years of experience across trafficking, with further experience across CM360 and other programmatic platforms.**Campaign Setup & Implementation**:- Configure and traffic campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including creating placements, assigning creatives, targeting criteria, and delivery settings.
- Ensure all campaign elements (ads, tracking tags, click-through URLs) are correctly uploaded and aligned with the media plan.
- Ensure creatives adhere to technical specs, platform requirements, and compliance standards.
- Conduct pre-launch testing of all ad creatives to confirm proper rendering and functionality across browsers and devices.
- Conduct thorough QA checks before campaign launch to validate setup accuracy, including click-through behaviour, impression tracking, and geo/targeting logic.
- Collaborate with media planners and account teams to interpret media briefs and translate them accurately into the CM360 platform.**Tag Management**:- Generate ad serving tags for publishers and media partners, ensuring correct tag types are selected (e.g., standard, iframe, JavaScript, click trackers).
- Distribute and troubleshoot tags with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful implementation on publisher sites.**Process Optimization**
- Maintain consistent and structured naming conventions for campaigns, placements, creatives, and ads to ensure ease of reporting and QA.
- Maintain detailed trafficking documentation and playbooks to support consistency, reduce human error, and onboard new team members.
- Continuously evaluate trafficking workflows to identify areas for automation or process improvement.**And this is what success looks like in the role**
