Flexiti is looking for a IT Change Management, under the direction of the Change Management Manager.**What you will be doing**:- The release management of products and its communication with their respective stake holders
- Production service stability, coordinating changes to production engaging all required areas, individuals and assure post validation activities.
- Planning and maintaining the release schedule for the year.
- Coordinating and assisting on required hotfixes and emergency changes.
- Chairing a weekly CAB meeting, reviewing, and approving the CAB meeting items for each week.
- Maintaining the Change Management Policy.
- Reporting on changes completed to required stakeholders.
- Responding and assisting internal and SOX audits.
- Managing conversation with auditors.**What you should have**:- Experience in software development.
- Leading change as the primary area of expertise
- Review pull requests and understand logic.
- Solid understanding of GIT/Bitbucket repositories and branch strategy management.
- Solid understanding in Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Pipelines, AnyPoint Platform.
- ITIL experience.
- Experience handling audits is a plus.
- Strong Communication skills; can communicate effectively with senior leadership and large audiences
- Solid understanding of business product, capable to understand risk associated to changes clearly
