As a part of this development, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager, preferably located in Peru or Argentina.Your main goal is to increase revenue and market share through sales and marketing activities, while building strong, long-term relations with key accounts and distributors.You can look forward to a broad range of exciting and varied activities:Implement SKOV’s sales strategy with the sales and service team.Develop and strengthen the relationship with key customers and distributors.Provide system and equipment recommendations to key customers.Work with the projecting team to provide climate solutions that align with market requirements and customer needs.Negotiate with key decision-makers on projects.Keep current with market developments and trends to identify sales opportunities.Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars as needed.To be a success, we expect that you have:At least 5 years of experience with a proven sales and distributor management record.B2B sales with an agro-industry equipment manufacturer.Experience with poultry or pig climate equipment providers is preferred.Business-oriented and highly competent in negotiating agreements.Experience developing and working with distributors.Experience in selling technical projects to customers.The ability to work independently, and connect and communicate effectively with others.We are looking for a business-oriented colleague who is highly competent in managing the full sales process - from first contact
