The HR Manager will own and operate the company’s full People Infrastructure. This includes recruiting, onboarding, compliance, training, performance management, engagement, and succession planning.
This role is both strategic and operational — responsible for:Hiring and retaining top-tier talent
Building scalable HR systems and SOPs
Driving performance management frameworks
Ensuring full compliance and risk mitigation
Strengthening culture across all properties and corporate functionsKey Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDesign and manage a structured hiring system that attracts high-performing talent
Standardize interview frameworks and selection processes
Ensure alignment between hiring decisions and company performance standardsOnboarding & Employee LifecycleCreate and maintain onboarding systems that accelerate ramp-up and engagement
Oversee employee documentation, HRIS accuracy, and personnel files
Manage offboarding processes and exit analysisPerformance ManagementCo-develop and execute structured performance management systems
