You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Logistics / Warehouse Manager based in Argentina with Signify.As a Logistics / Warehouse Manager you'll manage the third-party logistics warehouse service providers (3PL) to meet customer's order expectations & requirements. You'll be responsible for having a proper and reliable forecasting process in place towards the 3PL.Managing the 3PL according to the agreed contract, also supporting them in understanding the Signify business, seek for maximum cooperation and build a professional relationship.Supporting projects that are in line with the logistics strategy of Signify.Proposes and leads continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives to achieve service and cost objectives.Realizes 'Cost to Serve' IWD/TPW targets in line with company targets.Analyzing the costs levels, responsible for 4Wall financial results.Responsible for stock accuracy (differences, damages, etc.).More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree completed.Experience in managing warehouse operations and leading teams.Logistics background, at least 5 years working experience in logistics environment.Excellent coordination and management skills in logistics environment.Strong customer focus, high levels of customer service.Speed and execution focused.Pro-active attitude.Analytical skills.Excellent communication skills to be able to pro-actively manage all stakeholders.Good English language skills (preferably advanced level in both speaking and writing).*This is an on-site position.Everything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
