**ey Responsibilities & Tasks****Overview**:The position is focused on providing quality consultation services based on SAP Concur Audit businessrequirements. The goal is to increase the quality of SAP's products by enablement of the organization via audit reviews,knowledge transfer, increasing quality awareness, global alignment, and process improvement.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- rovide first level assessment of Auditor output in compliance with internal and external (clients) policies asrequired.
- eview of reports from all General Audit queues within the appropriate SLA.
- ssist with the organization, coordination, and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal calibrationsessions.
- reparation, interpretation, and timely completion of accuracy data.
- eview client escalations as needed.
- arry out ad-hoc tasks such as collating own and QS team’s data and reporting details to QS Supervisor.
