- Maintain visibility of new business relationships and opportunities.
- Find and develop new clients for Paymentology products.
- Develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
- Work closely with the Regional Director to target key markets and prospects.
- Develop an annual sales pipeline with prospects and targets.
- Accurately report on the sales pipeline on an ongoing basis.
- Diagnose prospect needs and advise on appropriate product or service solutions.
- Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Nurture and manage regional pipeline opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage complex commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams as needed.
- Take responsibility for sales tasks, including client contract signature.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Grow Paymentology’s customer base in the region.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Higher education in management, marketing, or business preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 5–7 years of business development experience in fintech or payments.
- Proven track record in solution sales and managing complex sales processes.
