This role is not about waiting for leads to come in – it's about creating opportunities from scratch and driving the full outbound sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesMake 100–150 outbound calls daily to new prospects (collectors, interior designers, developers, companies).
Identify decision makers, qualify needs, and create opportunities.Manage your own pipeline end-to-end in HubSpot.Work with our art advisors to close deals – but you own the first stage of the sales cycle.Consistently hit KPIs for calls, meetings, and new opportunities.Requirements – Must Have2+ years proven experiencein outbound sales / cold calling (B2B or B2C).
Confidence on the phone – resilience, persistence, and a "hunter" mindset.
Experience in high-ticket sales (luxury goods, real estate, art, finance).
CRM experience (HubSpot – big advantage).
Business-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated.What We Offer Competitive base + performance commission.
