Reporting to our Director of Corporate Underwriting, the Product Line Management Analyst supports the insurance product management function by developing data-driven insights that inform product strategy, automated decisioning design, and portfolio performance management. Working closely with the Product Managers who support our insurance products, this role is responsible for monitoring portfolio health, analyzing the performance of automated underwriting systems, conducting competitive market research, and supporting regulatory filing processes. The idóneo candidate brings strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to investigate complex data to uncover root causes and communicate evidence-based narratives, with a willingness to develop expertise in commercial insurance products.
How You'll Do It
Portfolio Monitoring & Data Analysis:Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker that track key performance indicators across our insurance portfolios, including growth, retention, profitability, and exposure trends.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal databases to identify emerging trends, areas of concern, and growth opportunities.
Investigate data discrepancies and metric anomalies across systems and teams, tracing issues to their root cause and recommending resolution — whether the issue is definitional, systemic, or operational.
