**As Data & Tech Lead, you´ll be part of a creative agency, part consultancy and part technology company, collaborating in teams that provide** end-to-end capabilities at a global scale to deliver inspiration across the entire brand and customer experience.**:**
***Responsabilities**:- **Direct oversight of, management of, and full accountability for work delivered by team resources (Note: some may be in other global offices/time zones) for any assigned clients.***:- **Building relationships and owning communications with proyect owners and contacts to ensure timely delivery within assigned scope.***:- **Regularly meet with client leads to coordinate account planning and client project initiatives. This includes providing resource estimates and expected timing to ensure proper staffing.**

***Requirements**:- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with C-level.***:- **Passionate about technology. Interest in innovation and investigating latest tools and trends.***:- **Familiar with the dynamics of the IT market in particular, the technologies that are fashionable in the market in the areas of Marketing Technologies, Commerce, Development.***:- **Knowledge in data analysis.***:- **Leadership experience.***:- **Hand-on attitude.***:- **English-Spanish bilingual. Portuguese is a plus.***:- **Organization & planification skills.***:- **Autonomy and resolution skills - independent attitude with a sense of high responsibility.**
